Where an item is delivered faulty or damaged we will replace it immediately at the time we receive the item back.
* Products must be in their original condition and unopened
* Requests for refunds and returns need to be made within 7 days of original receipt of goods
* Proof of purchase must also be included with the returned product
If you have changed your mind about the product and a refund is granted, the total value of refund will equal the payment made for goods purchased excluding freight and any other fees.
